Your Maintenance Questions Answered

Our maintenance team have answered our most common questions.

Can't find your answer? Our friendly team are always on hand to help.

Our commercial plant maintenance service includes watering, pruning, feeding, cleaning, pest control, plant replacements, and regular health checks to keep your scheme looking its best year-round.

Maintenance schedules are tailored to each scheme and can range from weekly visits to fortnightly or monthly care, depending on the planting requirements and environment.

No you don’t, you will have a regular maintenance technician dedicated to ensuring your plants are happy and healthy. Using their professional knowledge and experience, the maintenance technicians ensure the plants have the correct amount of water to keep them healthy between visits. Please don’t water the plants as, whilst this may be done with the best intentions, overwatering is more harmful for plants than underwatering.

Generally we will send the same technician each visit. Normally the only exception to this would be in the event of annual leave or sickness.

If a plant declines or no longer performs as expected, our team will assess the issue and arrange replacement where needed, helping your scheme stay fresh, healthy, and visually consistent.

Not at all. Our maintenance technicians work carefully and discreetly, with minimal disruption to staff, guests, and day-to-day operations.

Yes. We can maintain existing plant installations, even if they were originally supplied by another company.
Our team will assess your current planting scheme, review plant health, identify any areas of concern, and create a tailored maintenance plan to bring everything back to its best. Where needed, we will also recommend plant replacements, planter upgrades, or improvements to help refresh the overall appearance of the scheme.
